Penn State is set for a late afternoon clash against Wisconsin.
The Nittany Lions’ Homecoming matchup against the Badgers on Sept. 26 has an unconventional 5 p.m. kickoff time, the Big Ten announced on Monday afternoon. The game will mark Penn State’s first appearance on Peacock this season.
The contest is slated to be Penn State’s first 5 p.m. kickoff since the 2023 Rose Bowl against Utah, setting up a sunset over Beaver Stadium during the matchup. The Nittany Lions’ previous games against Marshall and Temple kicked off at 3:30 p.m. and noon, respectively, and their next game against Buffalo is also slated for a noon start.
The only other announced game time so far for Penn State is an 8 p.m. clash at Northwestern on Friday, Oct. 2, which will be broadcast on FOX. More game info will be released in the coming weeks.
